I founded Chevalier Homes Limited in 2019. A business which has enabled me to combine 20 years of real estate experience into one company. “I was returning to the UK after spending 3 years abroad. Before I arrived, I wanted to sort my accommodation. I shortlisted quite a few properties with some of the well known estate agents in Camden Town, but when I called them, they were either unhelpful, didn’t know which property they had listed, getting passed to different negotiators. It was really frustrating. I then found a one-bedroom flat in Primrose Hill which Nilesh was marketing. I have never heard of Chevalier Homes before but I really liked the flat so I made an enquiry. I was contacted within the hour by Nilesh, he went through the details of the property over the phone and followed it up with an email. I did not feel pressured to making a decision at all.
